Accommodation – Important

Please make sure you have booked your accommodation.  As it clearly states on the website, booking accommodation is your responsibility.  This is true for all delegates including sponsored students.

We cannot guarantee that the budget guestrooms will continue to be available at the University.  Sponsored students are not automatically guaranteed a room, you must book.

Lancaster House Hotel is offering a special PPIG rate of approximately 80 pounds a night (depending on exact requirements and not including breakfast).  You must follow the instructions on the website to get this offer.  If you use their central reservation system you will be charged full price.  This offer is not going to be available for much longer (possibly just until Thursday 4th).

Every year PPIG produces a handy little (A5) printed proceedings for you to thumb through during the conference.  Here is a shot of the proof copy.  We’ve used Folio Print at Lancaster, and I must say I’m very happy with their work.

Registration available until the 5th September

Registration at the cheaper ‘advance rate’ will be available online until the 5th of September.  Registration will also be available at the conference, but at a higher rate.

The website was down over part of the weekend and Monday morning, but is now back online.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
